Dr. Tara Scott graduated from Northeast Ohio University College of Medicine and completed her residency with Summa Health Systems at Akron City Hospital in Ohio. She recently retired from OB/GYN after almost 20 years to focus on functional and integrative medicine. She is a Clinical Associate Professor at Northeast Ohio Medical University, where she teaches residents and is involved in clinical research. Dr. Scott is a certified menopause practitioner with the North American Menopause Society and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She first became involved with hormone and integrative medicine while practicing as an OB/GYN. Her empathy for patients experiencing hormone-related issues led her to become trained as an advanced fellow and certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. The evidence-based practices she employed helped many patients conquer chronic wellness issues. She then started Revitalize Medical Group, where she serves as the Chief Medical Officer. In 2016, she obtained an additional board certification in Integrative Medicine. Recently, Dr. Scott was appointed as Medical Director for Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, where she will develop and run an Integrative Medicine program. Dr. Scott is passionate about educating the medical community on the advances in evidence-based hormone therapy. She lectures around the community to raise awareness about wellness and hormone balance.
Maurizio serves as the General Manager of LP3 Network and brings over 14 years of experience from within the pharmaceutical industry. His professional experience stems from field work in genomics, regulatory affairs and, most recently, his nine years in the field of pharmaceutical compounding. His most recent efforts in pharmaceutical compounding has seen him diversify his responsibilities in areas such as technical support services - formulation chemistry, product development, continuing education, sales & marketing, operations, logistics and facility design. His Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, coupled with a minor in Pharmacology and Therapeutics, drives his passion to continually work towards his ultimate goal of improving patient care. In his spare time, he enjoys both downhill skiing, swimming and keeping in touch with changes and advances in the healthcare field.
Jennifer has been providing leadership to successful sales teams for the past decade. Leading by example with passion, dedication, and inspiration, Jennifer has motivated her Account Executives to constantly strive and surpass their goals. With experience in business development, relationship building, and international travels, she is constantly building her network to ensure that she provides excellent service to her customers. Dr. de la Garza is a board certified physician who practices multidisciplinary interventional pain management in four offices in the Tampa Bay area. He performs interventional pain procedures, specializing in minimally invasive surgical decompression of herniated discs and spinal stenosis, implantable intrathecal pumps, spinal cord stimulation, and peripheral nerve stimulation. Dr. de la Garza has published numerous research papers and abstracts, and has presented at regional and national academic conferences on the topics of anesthesia and pain medicine. He is also a consultant for numerous pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers. Dr. de la Garza received a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Texas Lutheran College in Seguin, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 2001 and performed his anesthesia residency at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care from 2001 to 2005. He then completed an interventional pain medicine fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic, in the Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management.
Dr. Ken Speidel is well recognized for his broad experience in pharmacy practice and education with pharmacotherapeutic specialties in hormone therapy and pain management. Dr. Speidel is a leading subject-matter expert in pharmaceutical compounding with expertise in sterile and non-sterile compounding processes for the acute care, community, outpatient, and 503A/503B practice sectors. Dr. Speidel has played instrumental roles in the development of national standards for pharmacy compounding practices and provides consulting services to many organizations, including boards of pharmacy and hospital and health systems in the United States and abroad. In addition to his worldwide consulting and educational work, Dr. Speidel is a retired Professor of Pharmacy Practice from the University of Findlay. Over the years, Dr. Speidel has assisted in the development and facilitation of many nationally recognized educational programs, approved by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). Dr. Speidel served as senior surveyor and advisor for the development of the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB). Dr. Speidel has served as multi-term president of the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA), president of Hospice of Portage, and has been awarded fellowship status with the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding (APC) and the American College of Apothecaries (ACA). Dr. Speidel received a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and has completed postdoctoral training in nutritional support and functional medicine. Dr. Speidel is best known for his charismatic charm, his endless book of analogies, and ability to get everyone in the room motivated and passionate about personalized healthcare!
Neil graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Concordia University in 1985, and has since worked alongside medical and allied health professionals in the fields of rehabilitation and workers’ compensation medical services. Serving the compounding pharmacy community for the past 15 years, Neil is responsible for the development, design, and implementation of LP3 Network’s training programs. In his free time, Neil’s special interests include photography and astronomy.
Mr. Filosi is the owner of a thriving non-sterile compounding practice in Plant City, Florida, where he is responsible for the sales and marketing of the compounding segment of his business. Mr. Filosi has over 25 years of experience in both non-sterile and sterile compounding and is a former surveyor for the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB), a service of the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). Mr. Filosi graduated cum laude from Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and then went on to graduate cum laude in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, Massachusetts. Today, Mr. Filosi is a preceptor for Florida A & M University, University of Florida, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. In his free time, Mr. Filosi enjoys horseback riding with his daughter and being a scoutmaster for his son’s troop.
Mr. Cabaleiro is the former Associate Director of Pharmacy for the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC); responsible for the development of compounding quality standards. He is also the former Executive Director for the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB), and a former surveyor for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). In addition, Mr. Cabaleiro has served on the United States Pharmacopeia’s Council of the Convention. A pharmacist for more than 30 years, Mr. Cabaleiro is a nationally recognized expert in non-sterile and sterile compounding, pharmacy quality, accreditation standards, and compounding pharmacy management and operations. Mr. Cabaleiro began his career in home-infusion therapy as pharmacy manager. In 1982, he developed an innovative compounding computer system used nationwide that combined a notebook computer, barcode reader, and electronic balance to permit the safe preparation of complex total parenteral nutrition solutions. He served multiple facilities in the roles of operations and general management during this period of his professional career. In 1989, Mr. Cabaleiro founded and led a compounding pharmacy, catering to both human and veterinary patients in Cary, North Carolina. During his ownership of the pharmacy, he helped establish the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) and served on various committees that developed industry standards. His pharmacy was among the first to receive PCAB accreditation. After selling the pharmacy, Mr. Cabaleiro joined PCAB during the organization’s most dynamic period of growth. Mr. Cabaleiro received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Florida. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of North Carolina, and has written numerous articles in professional journals, as well as policy and procedure manuals for home-infusion and compounding pharmacies. Mr. Latta received his Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina. Following graduation, he joined the Duke University Medical Center as Staff Pharmacist. Mr. Latta held this position for over a decade, before becoming Lead Pharmacist at the Acute Pain Service at the medical center. During this time, he served on several national committees with the American Pain Society and took part in several pain initiatives. In 2000, Mr. Latta became Manager of the Duke Compounding Facility, where his many accomplishments included the design, construction, and launch of a standard-setting compounding facility. Mr. Latta retired from Duke University Medical Center in 2013 to pursue teaching, consulting, and working with accreditation organizations to further the practice of pharmacy. Mr. Latta is currently a Senior Associate for Gates Healthcare Associates, Inc., a Senior Associate with Visante Inc., Visante UK, and a consultant to the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy. He is also Vice President of Design and Regulatory Compliance for ProPharma Cleanrooms, Inc. Mr. Latta is a nationally recognized expert in pharmacy compounding, clean room design, process control, validation, and pain management. He has written and taught extensively on these topics. Mr. Latta is involved with the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) and is also a member of the Standards Committee. He recently completed the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) surveyor training to become an ACHC Certified Consultant. In his free time, Mr. Latta is an Assistant Scout Master and enjoys taking his son on fun treks into the border lake regions between Minnesota and Canada!
Mr. Didyk graduated from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Pharmacy in 2002 and immediately went to work as a Pharmacy Services Specialist for the Western Canada division of a national pharmacy provider. Mr. Didyk gained early experience in community pharmacy practice, and in 2005 his career evolved into the ownership and management of community health services. He developed health centres in the Winnipeg area that provided primary and ancillary healthcare services all under one roof. These clinics were pioneers in establishing solid patient outcomes through the use of electronic medical records. His efforts were noted in 2006 when he received the Young Leader in Pharmacy award from the Manitoba Society of Pharmacists. Mr. Didyk has been a facilitator for sterile and non-sterile compounding programs since 2008. His skills and expertise in compounding have made him nationally recognized as an expert in his field. He owns and operates the largest compounding-only facility in Manitoba that delivers specialized patient specific healthcare on a daily basis. In 2015, Mr. Didyk expanded his scope by becoming a surveyor for the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
Dr. Christine Roussel is a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist and Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist with a bachelor's in Toxicology and doctorate in Pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. She is Director of Pharmacy at Doylestown Hospital (Pennsylvania), Adjunct Assistant Professor at USciences, Facilitator for LP3 Network, and Consultant for MEDISCA Network. On top of her day job of overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of patient care, she provides over 100 hours of education to pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, physicians, and nurses each year. Dr. Roussel focuses on occupational exposure to hazardous drugs, sterile/non-sterile compounding, clinical and legislative topics, such as medical cannabis, opioid stewardship, drug diversion prevention, pharmaceutical waste and contamination. She is a consultant for cleanroom facility design. She has authored articles on occupational exposure to hazardous drugs, as protecting healthcare providers’ DNA is her primary passion! Her most recent publication is: Meta-analysis of chromosomal aberrations as a biomarker of exposure in healthcare workers occupationally exposed to antineoplastic drugs. In 2018, she was nationally recognized as “40 Under 40 in Oncology” She is active in many professional organizations, including as a Delegate for the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacy, President of the Pennsylvania Society of Health Systems Pharmacy, Board of Directors for International Society of Cannabis Pharmacists, the American Industrial Hygiene Association, and the Association for Compounding Pharmacists (ACP). In addition to pursuing her goal of educating the world about the danger of carcinogens, she is also a dedicated mother, Cub Scout leader, and enjoys teaching her kids about engineering, often in the form of marshmallow propulsion devices and rocket building!
Dr. Rouse is a clinical staff pharmacist at UF Health Shands Hospital, where she started out by compounding both simplistic and complicated sterile and non-sterile formulations. She has since transitioned into the pediatrics department, where she utilizes her compounding knowledge to aid doctors and other health care professionals. Additionally, Dr. Rouse is an assistant professor at the University Of Florida College Of Pharmacy, where she teaches second and fourth year students. During her leisure time, Dr. Rouse mentors high school and college students, sings in a choir and spends as much time as possible traveling and enjoying time with her husband and daughter.
Mr. Conte has been a compounding pharmacist since graduating from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia in 2004. As the manager of Northmount Pharmacy and Compounding Lab in North Vancouver, his practice is involved in a wide range of compounding niches, with a focus on hormone restoration therapy and veterinary medicine. Additionally, Mr. Conte is involved in mentoring pharmacy students as a registered preceptor with his alma mater. When not at work, you can find Mr. Conte at a soccer or baseball field with his wife and two boys.
Adam is responsible for researching and developing scientific content for continuing education programs at LP3 Network. With great attention to detail, he is happy to edit any and all documents sent his way. He completed his PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology at Concordia University, focusing on the role of mitochondria in aging. He enjoys sharing his love of science and discovery with anyone interested! In his downtime, Adam is an avid traveler and anime enthusiast.
Shannon completed her bachelor's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience at Concordia University, where she studied the epigenetic regulations underlying neurochemical changes associated with attachment and bonding. Following this, Shannon decided to pursue a master’s degree in Neuroscience at Carleton University, where she specialized her research in the neural mechanisms and pharmaceutical treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. During this time, she acquired specialized knowledge in cellular physiology and gained valuable skills in laboratory research, scientific writing, and teaching. Throughout the course of her academic career, Shannon became passionate about the necessity for personalized healthcare. In pursuit of this passion, she joined the LP3 Network team in 2016 as a Medical Writer and later Editor, where she oversaw the development of Continuing Education programs in pharmaceutical compounding and personalized medicine. Throughout her years at LP3 Network, Shannon developed a passion for marketing communications leading her to transition out of program development to her current role as Science, Product, and Corporate Communications Manager, where she oversees LP3 Network's corporate brand, product marketing, and scientific communications. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys traveling, painting, and spending time with her female-run family of 3 sisters and 3 nieces!
Dr. David Mastropietro is an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Nova Southeastern University, College of Pharmacy where he teaches the art of pharmacy compounding and the science of formulation development using classroom and laboratory methodologies. Dr. Mastropietro is also a pharmacist with over 20 years of experience practicing in community and hospital settings. He has 8 years’ experience consulting in the development, testing, and manufacturing of dietary supplements, serving as Senior Advisor for Formulation Development & Product Commercialization for Solara Labs, Inc. and Director of Personalized Formulation & Experience for Clean Living & Wellness. In addition to his teaching, pharmacist, and advisory roles, Dr. Mastropietro is active in research with 24 journal publications, over 85 abstracts and presentations, 3 book chapters, and 7 US & World patent applications.
Ms. Dhillon is a registered pharmacy technician for sterile and non-sterile practice with over 20 years’ experience. She has a strong educational background that includes a Bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University, an Associate degree from Douglas College, and a Provincial Instructor diploma from the province of British Columbia. She has extensive experience working in both the hospital and retail pharmacy sectors, as well as experience in pharmacy technician curriculum development and delivery. She currently holds the position of Manager at the Pharmacy Drug Distribution Centre for Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services. In this role, Ms. Dhillon is responsible for leading and coordinating the pharmacy operations at the assigned lower mainland Pharmacy Production Centre, including managing resources, organizing workflow and maintaining quality assurance for a safe medication distribution system. In her spare time, Ms. Dhillon is passionate about volunteering on various committees such as the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada, Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs, Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists, and the Pharmacy Technician Society of British Columbia.
Dr. Shafor, a fourth generation pharmacist, grew up working at his family’s independent retail pharmacies in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. After earning his Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Pharmacy program, Dr. Shafor left his family’s retail pharmacy chain to embark on a career as a sterile compounding pharmacist. Dr. Shafor has spent the last 10 years building and managing multiple sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacies. He has built two sterile labs and a non-sterile retail pharmacy from the ground up and has managed everything from a home infusion pharmacy to the pharmaceutical accounts for the Miami Dolphins, Florida Marlins, Miami Heat and Florida Panthers. Dr. Shafor is currently the Director of Quality Control at Oncology Plus, an ACHC-accredited closed-door hazardous compounding pharmacy in Tampa Florida. Within this role, Dr. Shafor specializes in dispensing chemotherapy and other hazardous infusions, injections, and ophthalmic preparations to hospitals and clinics throughout Florida. In his personal time, Dr. Shafor is an avid fisherman, as well as a fan of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins!
Dr. Cormier is a pharmacist with over 20 years of diverse pharmacy field experience, which includes pharmacy operations/management and community pharmacy compounding of both non-sterile and sterile preparations. Currently, Dr. Cormier is an Advanced Clinical and Formulation Pharmacist at Medisca Network where she is responsible for approving customized non-sterile and sterile compounding formula requests and consults with pharmacists and prescribers across the globe. Additionally, she consults with LP3 Network in the development of various ACPE-accredited programs and supervises the maintenance and operation of LP3 Network’s sterile and non-sterile courses at the University of South California. Dr. Cormier provides clinical research support and subject-matter expertise to various pharmaceutical companies and is well versed in United States and Canadian pharmacy regulations. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and enjoys cooking and baking. Dr. Cormier is a fan of all Boston sports teams and is also a supporter of a number of charitable organizations such as Project Teddy, Beagle Freedom Project, and Animal Rescue Media and Education (ARME).
Mrs. Pinheiro is a compounding pharmacist with over 19 years of experience, which she applies as a consultant for MEDISCA Network’s Technical Support Services Department. Additionally, she manages the on-site operations of LP3 Network’s Non-sterile and Sterile Compounding courses, held at their state-of-the-art facility in Aventura, Florida. Mrs. Pinheiro received her Master’s degree in Science from the University of São Paulo and taught at the College of Pharmacy at the University Suprema in Brazil. Additionally, she was the owner of RX Pharmaceutica and Petfarma Pharmacies in Brazil, for which she was responsible for compounding, quality control of raw-materials and final products, training pharmacists and technicians, and counseling patients. Mrs. Pinheiro was a Surveyor and Standards Committee member of Brazil’s National Association of Pharmaceutical Masters, a non-profit organization that oversees customized pharmaceutical preparations. She has specialty training in non-sterile compounding, pharmaceutical technology, cosmetology, and veterinary compounding. She is also the author of the veterinary formulary book, Formulário Veterinário Farmacêutico.
Mr. Guérin has worked in the formulation field for more than 15 years. He began working on research and development for enteric coated solid dosage forms to meet required probiotic levels within the food supplement industry. In 2005, Mr. Guérin joined Medisca as a formulation chemist in the Technical Support Services Department and has since developed over 2,800 formulas. In addition to his Master’s degree in Science, Mr. Guérin has a strong background in microbiology and this knowledge proves useful as it allows him to assist our clients with potential contamination issues involved in sterile compounding. In his personal time, Mr. Guérin is passionate about three things: cars, cars, and cars!
Dea is LP3 Network’s talented and energetic Sales Manager, bringing years of industry experience to the team. Her passion and commitment allow her to lead by example, optimizing the performance of her team and ensuring high quality experiences for all LP3 Network clients. She was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and moved to Canada at 9 years of age. Dea studied International Business at the John Molson School of Business at Montreal’s Concordia University, where she honed her business acumen. Dea is well known for her effective strategic planning, her results-driven approach, and her outstanding charisma. She is highly regarded for her unrivaled ability to connect with her employees and customers alike – in any of the four languages that she speaks fluently. In her spare time, Dea enjoys travelling the world – preferably to warmer climates – to experience all that it has to offer, from new languages and cultures to upscale cuisine and international fashion.
Ms. Sidhu graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology. Since then, she has dedicated her professional career to continuously learning and striving to improve the pharmaceutical compounding industry. She is currently the Research & Development Manager at MEDISCA, where her creativity, attention to detail, and experience allow her to flourish in her role. At LP3 Network, Raman is passionate about teaching and is a facilitator for the Non-Sterile Training program. In her spare time, Raman loves to keep up with the current trends in the cosmetic industry and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Krygier holds a Bachelor degree in Biochemistry and a Master’s degree in Food Science from McGill University. She is currently a Formulation Chemist and Compounding Service Team Lead at Medisca and has over 8 years of experience providing compounding support to pharmacists and technicians. Her dual role allows her to focus on formula customization as she leads a team of very enthusiastic and resourceful technical service support representatives. One year after embarking on her career with Medisca, her expertise and interest in teaching allowed her to join LP3 Network as a facilitator for continuing education programs specializing in non-sterile pharmaceutical compounding. Mrs. Krygier is an avid cottage-goer, so her weekends are often spent outdoors with her family and friends.
Alexi is a customer service representative at LP3 Network, bringing over 10 years of customer service and sales experience to the team. Her primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction by assisting with website navigation and registration, and following up with clients on purchased education. She is a strong team player who is always eager to help and support her colleagues. Among her many skills, Alexi excels in building rapport with clients. In 2018, Alexi graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Environment and a minor in Sustainability. Her hobbies include hiking, yoga, and reading.
Aaron Sihota is a primary care pharmacist and is presently a Clinical Instructor at the University of British Columbia (UBC) Faculty of Pharmacy. He is the co-creator of the course on Dermatology, Cosmeceuticals, and Topical Compounding at the UBC Faculty of Pharmacy, which is taught to pharmacology students and dermatologists. He also serves on the Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPhA) Dermatology Review Panel as an author and chapter reviewer for the Compendium of Therapeutics for Minor Ailments (CTMA), and he is a regular skincare columnist for the Pharmacy Practice + Business magazine. Given his keen interest in fostering collaborative care between primary care practitioners and specialists, he has developed multiple accredited healthcare education programs and has taught in several conferences across North America.
Dr. Kristy Prouse is an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto-Faculty of Medicine and has practiced OB/GYN for the last 17 years. In addition to her medical degree, Dr. Prouse has a Bachelor degree in Psychology, a B.Sc. in Genetics and Cell Biology, and training in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Prouse is a medical advisor for In-Common Laboratories and sits on the Editorial Review Board for the journal of “Integrative Healthcare Practitioner”. In 2011, Dr. Prouse’s passion for integrative medicine and hormonal health led her to establish the Institute for Hormonal Health. The Institute for Hormonal Health is an integrative and holistic practice with a team of multidisciplinary practitioners, specializing in hormonal therapy. Stemming from the success of the Institute for Hormonal Health, Dr. Prouse has since created the I-HHeLP Initiative – an online community of integrative healthcare practitioners that permits secure communication and access to online resources and tools. As part of the I-HHeLP initiative, Dr. Prouse has developed a series on online eLearning modules that provide a comprehensive approach toward identifying, diagnosing, and treating hormonal conditions through on-line interactive video tutorials.
Lucas Portilho is a pharmacist and cosmetologist with extensive experience in cosmetics and formulation development from one of the leading places in cosmetology, São Paulo, Brazil. Mr. Portilho is the Chief Innovation Officer at Consulfarma Solutions and Scientific Director at Consulfarma Congress for Compounding Pharmacies, Brazil’s largest congress providing innovative solutions to compounding pharmacies. Mr. Portilho is also the Director and Professor at Cosmetology Institute in São Paulo, Research and Development Team Leader at Cosmetology Institute Laboratory, and Coordinator and Member of São Paulo’s Pharmacist Council. Mr. Portilho has over 20 years of experience as a formulator for compounding pharmacies, cosmetic industries, and pharmaceutical industries. His technical skills include the research and development of skin care formulations and innovative product development. Mr. Portilho also coordinates international courses in formulation research and development in Brazil, Italy, France, Spain, United States, and Canada!
Dr. Ashley Bell earned her PharmD from the Eshelman School of Pharmacy, University of North Carolina (UNC) in 2011. She has since worked in several roles, including compounding, medical information, clinical trials, as a clinical veterinary pharmacist, and as a contributing editor to Plumb’s Veterinary Drug Handbook. Dr. Bell is currently a Clinical Veterinary Pharmacist at the North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine, working alongside several other pharmacists and technicians to ensure the entire hospital has the medications they need for their patients. Dr. Bell’s professional interests include development of compounded formulations and methods to advance veterinary pharmacy education for both veterinary and pharmacy students. Ashley also serves as the chair of the Student Engagement committee for the Society of Veterinary Hospital Pharmacists (SVHP). As a Facilitator for LP3 Network, Dr. Bell imparts her expert knowledge and practical experience in vet compounding educational offerings, covering topics such as challenges in vet pharmacy, vet compounding and its regulations, and clinical conditions. It goes without saying that Dr. Bell is an animal lover. In her spare time on the farm, you can find her taking care of all her creatures, great and small: two rescue dogs, two off-the-track thoroughbreds, a miniature donkey, and several chickens affectionately called “Roxanne and the Police”.
Most people would be surprised to know that Amanda is a big nerd. She loves working with business-savvy visionaries that are ready to take the leap. Amanda has over 8 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She studied in Molecular Biology and Pharmacology, while running an online business. Amanda joined the sales team in August 2018 as an Account Executive for LP3 Network. She is a strong supporter of women with executive roles and strives to empower people to be the best versions of themselves.
Nima graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and currently serves as an account executive at LP3 Network. Nima has prior experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, further expanding his knowledge of the field. Nima is committed to helping clients find ways to grow their business through high quality services and continuing education opportunities. Mariela, is a creative, outgoing, and determined individual. She was born and raised in Venezuela then moved to Montreal in 2011. Mariela pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Human Environment at Concordia University. In 2020, Mariela joined the LP3 Network team as Sales and Customer Experience Representative for all the Puerto Rico and international customers. In her spare time, Mariela enjoys baking as well as decorating cakes! She is also a vivid plant lover. Mariela always seeks to travel around the world and visit friends throughout. Most importantly she loves to spend quality time with family and friends as much as possible!
