Registrant refers to the Registrant of LP3 Network products and/or services and is a licensed pharmacist, medical practitioner, registered nurse, or licensed allied health professional and has been given the right to access user name and password protected screens of this Website. The Registrant in many instances, but not always, is the Subscriber.
Continuing Pharmacy Education Activity material: educational platform of products and services in the form of accredited and non-accredited programs; such as symposiums, educational conferences, workshops, webinars, newsletters, and on-line programs both live and self-paced offered but not limited through the following formats; self-study manuals, live event manuals, publications, electronic recordings, transparencies, slides, programs posted or archived on the internet, videos, videotapes and audio tapes through the use of this Website
Subscriber refers to the individual or business entity that has purchased a product and/or service from LP3 Network, but does not necessarily have the right to access user name and password protected screens of this Website or has not been deemed a Subscriber.
Agreement refers to the totality of these Terms and Conditions which constitute a legal document.
Content refers to the content of this Website, which includes, but is not limited to, products, services, text, information, images, graphics, features, e-mail, third party notifications, registration, executable functions and applications, policies, disclosures, and disclaimers.

This Privacy Statement applies to all LP3 Network affiliates and subsidiaries. LP3 Network business partners, and other third parties, have their own websites and privacy policies. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of third parties to understand their policies and your options.
LP3 Network processes your personal identifiable information for legitimate and legal interests in order to conduct its everyday business activities, provide its services to you, as well as to abide by federal or state laws or any legal proceedings.

LP3 Network does not collect any personally identifiable information from the Visitor, Subscriber and/or Registrant unless they provide it to us knowingly. Personal identifiable information includes first and last name, email address, telephone number, address, company name, occupational role, fax number, date of birth and purchase and ordering history. We only gather information from our Visitors, Subscribers and/or Registrants when it is voluntarily submitted to us by you. If you have registered to use special purpose features on our website, we may use the information you supplied for the purpose of providing the services you have requested, this may include any financial information provided. LP3 Network may contact you via email to notify you of any changes to LP3 Networks services, or special offers that may be of interest to you. LP3 Network does not store your credit card information nor will it share it with other third parties.
LP3 Network wishes to serve the Visitor, Subscriber and/or Registrant as best as possible. As such, LP3 Network conducts an optional on-line survey for which the information collected is used for internal purposes only.

LP3 Network employs the use of cookies for the purpose of record-keeping and improved on-line navigation purposes; transferring information to the computer of a Visitor, Subscriber and/or Registrant to this Website. The information transferred is non-identifiable and only used to make navigation and the use of this Website more convenient for the Visitor, Subscriber and/or Registrant. Video Surveillance:
When you visit one of LP3 Network’s facilities, you may be video recorded for the safety of yourself and LP3 Network employees. LP3 Network will use such images and information for security, fraud and loss prevention as well as incident reporting purposes. If required by law, LP3 Network may submit video surveillance records to law enforcement officials.
Information Usage:
LP3 Network uses personal identifiable information provided by you for various purposes. This includes to operate, maintain, and improve our services, establish an online LP3 Network account at your request, to process purchase orders (including orders made online) and keep you informed about the status of your order and/or service. LP3 Network also uses your information to provide customer service, identify your preferences so we can notify you of new or additional services and promotions that might be of interest to you, and validate your ability to access and/or use certain services that may only be intended for individuals meeting certain eligibility requirements or criteria such as health care professionals.

If you are a Registrant, LP3 Network may share your information with its accreditors solely for accreditation purposes and only information as required for such accreditation.
LP3 Network may retain other companies and individuals to perform specified services on our behalf and we may collaborate with other companies and individuals in order to provide particular products or services to you (collectively, “Providers”). Examples of Providers include delivery companies, customer services and support providers, email and SMS vendors, and credit card processing companies. LP3 Network currently uses a third party provider to process credit card transactions on our behalf. Information collected by third parties includes your name, address, and email as well as your financial information, such as credit card number and expiration date.
Security Policies:
LP3 Network cannot 100% guarantee the safeguard of your personal and other information from theft, loss, or unauthorized access or used and cannot be held accountable for such incidence. Notwithstanding the above, LP3 Network makes no representation as to the reasonableness, efficacy, or appropriateness of the measures we use to safeguard such information. When making an account on LP3 Network’s Website, you are responsible to maintain the secrecy of your own passwords. International Transfers:
LP3 Networks principle office is located in Florida; however, personal information will be collected and stored in Montreal, Canada. In accordance with applicable law, we implement measures to ensure that any transferred data remains protected and secure.
Online Advertising:
We use Google AdWords Remarketing to help advertise LP3 Networks services across the Internet. AdWords Remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on content you have already viewed on the LP3 Network website by placing a cookie on your machine. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER The cookie is used to say “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page.” Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you. Some Terms and Conditions, clearly specified in this Agreement, are only applicable to the Subscriber and Registrant. The Subscriber reserves the right to terminate the username and password of a Registrant by contacting LP3 Network. A new user name and password may be issued to a new designated Registrant. Registrant:
Must be a licensed pharmacist, medical practitioner, registered nurse, or allied health professional.
If Subscriber is the Registrant:
Has the right of purchase of LP3 Network products and/or services, and as a licensed pharmacist, medical practitioner, registered nurse, or allied health professional who wishes to participate in, or use, LP3 Network products and/or services on their own behalf, has the right of use of restricted access screens on this Website, and the right of use of username and password to access these restricted screens, unless otherwise specified.
If Subscriber IS NOT the Registrant:
Has the right of purchase of LP3 Network products and/or services. If not a licensed pharmacist, medical practitioner, registered nurse, or allied health professional and serves only as the payer for LP3 Network products and/or services on behalf of a Registrant, then the Subscriber does not have the right of use of restricted access screens on this Website, nor the right of use of username and password to access these restricted screens, unless otherwise specified.
Registrant, Username and Password Protection and Security:
This Website contains screens that are limited to a Registrant only, and access restricted through the use of a username and password for reasons of safety and security. The Registrant that has been granted access to these username and password screens are restricted from any unauthorized use, release or divulgence of username and password, and any and all Content contained within these restricted screens, for any reason and under any conditions.
Limitation of Use of Username and Password and Content:
Any breach with regard to unauthorized use, release or divulgence of user name and password and/or this Website Content, on the part of the Registrant, will result in immediate severability of that Account and will be subject to prosecution under the law.
No Resale of LP3 Network Products and/or Services:
The Subscriber or Registrant may not resell any product and/or service to any other person or business entity. The Subscriber or Registrant may not assign a beneficiary, in the form of another person or business entity, to any product and/or service, without the expressed written consent of LP3 Network.
Termination of Access to LP3 Network Products and/or Services:
LP3 Network reserves the right to terminate an account, shut down this website, or restrict access to all or part of this website to any or all persons, for any reason, at its sole discretion. If such action was not caused by the breach by the Subscriber or Registrant of the terms of this Agreement, or any other fault of them, then LP3 Network will refund any unused portion of fees paid by the Subscriber.
Use of Name "LP3 Network":
LP3 Network encourages the development of professional relationships with recognized institutions and other business entities, and as such establishes authorized unilateral or bilateral links to their Websites. However, LP3 Network reserves the right to restrict the use of its name or any unauthorized links to this Website, in any form or for any purpose, without the express written consent of LP3 Network.
